Gary’s Accident Prevention Workshop

Defensive Driving/Insurance and Point Reduction Classes are held on the third Saturday as scheduled, 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at our office at 2333 Elmwood Ave. Kenmore, NY  14217. The fee is $40 per student. Call (716) 881-1975 to sign up or to see if the class is available.

Who Is Eligible?

  • All drivers who are principal vehicle operators, regardless of violation accident record
  • Youthful drivers in addition to a discount for driver education training.
  • Assigned 'Risk' drivers
  • Commercial/Executive vehicle operators
  • Senior citizens
  • Motorcycle drivers

Four-Point Reduction on Driving Record

If you have incurred violations during the 18 months prior to completing the course, up to four points will automatically be reduced on your driving record. The point reduction can help you to avoid a license suspension. This class cannot, however, cancel a mandatory suspension or revocation. Nor will it cancel any action already being taken against a motorist's driving privileges.

10% Off Insurance Premium

Once you complete the Point/Insurance Reduction Program, you are eligible for an immediate 10% discount on your collision and auto liability premium, which includes property damage, bodily injury, and personal injury protection. Your discount will apply to all vehicles for which you have been the principal operator for three years.
